Beacon Tech Photography creates and sells custom products featuring original nature and landscape photography. All products are fulfilled through Printify, a third-party supplier that handles printing and shipping. We do not offer photography sessions or custom photo requests.

2. Intellectual Property

All images and designs featured on our products are the intellectual property of Beacon Tech Photography. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without explicit written permission.

3. Product Information

  • Custom-Made Products: All items are custom-made upon order and are not mass-produced.
  • Color and Print Variations: Due to differences in monitor settings and printing processes, slight color variations may occur. These differences do not qualify as defects.

4. Order and Payment Terms

  • Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once processed, they cannot be modified or canceled.
  • Payments: All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store payment information.

5. Shipping

Beacon Tech Photography uses Printify for order fulfillment. Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days with photos of the issue. Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund. 7. Limitation of Liability

Beacon Tech Photography is not liable for:

  • Issues caused by third-party suppliers (e.g., shipping delays or fulfillment errors).
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer during checkout.
  • Loss or damage resulting from misuse of our products.

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Engage in unlawful activities.
  • Copy, scrape, or misuse content or materials from the website.
