At Beacon Tech Photography, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are custom-made and printed on demand, please read our return policy carefully.

Custom Products
All items are made to order, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Send an email to info@beacontechphotography.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and any damage or defects

We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund.

Order Issues Due to Incorrect Information
Please ensure all details, including shipping address and product selections, are correct before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Incorrect sizing (please refer to the size guide before ordering)
  • Minor variations in color due to monitor settings or printing processes

Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
